Erika Jayne spotted in sweats, minimal makeup amid legal drama

It seems it's not that "XXpen$ive" to be her these days.
Embattled "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Erika Jayne — who once bragged she spent $40,000 a month to stay glammed up — was spotted Wednesday running an errand in a relatively down-market pair of sweats.
The 50-year-old reality star was photographed in Beverly Hills wearing a black sweatshirt from LA-based designer Hommebody that retails for $160 and matching sweatpants that cost $108.
The comfy clothes are a recycled look for Jayne, who is facing multiple lawsuits stemming from allegations that she and her estranged husband and disgraced attorney, Tom Girardi, lived lavishly off of money meant for plane crash victims he represented.
She wore the same outfit in a recent episode of "RHOBH" during a scene filmed in her modest LA rental.

However, this time, the "Pretty Mess" singer paired the outfit with a top knot bun, cat eye-shaped black sunglasses, white Nike Air Jordans, a soft pink lip and bright yellow wallet for a pop of color.
Paparazzi previously caught the former Broadway actress going on a CVS run in August dressed down in leggings, a T-shirt, sneakers and windbreaker jacket.
The more low-maintenance looks are a far cry from the ultra-glam wardrobe Jayne is commonly known for presenting on "Housewives."
Prior to her legal drama, the "How Many F–ks" singer once told E! News that she spent around $40,000 a month for the upkeep of her glammed persona due to hair, makeup, wardrobe and production costs.
However, it is speculated that Jayne has had to cut back on clothing and more due to her mounting financial troubles.

In August, Jayne was sued for $25 million by the trustee handling the bankruptcy case of Girardi's former law firm, Girardi Keese.
She has been accused of spending the millions — allegedly given to her company, EJ Global LLC, from Girardi Keese — on her American Express bill, assistants and a glam squad, among other expenses.
Jayne, who filed for divorce from Girardi, 82, last November, was also sued by a class-action law firm on behalf of Lion Air Flight 610 victims who alleged that the couple had embezzled money through their "sham" divorce.
